We can’t wait for your little teacup or tadpole to receive the treasures you have selected! We understand that your gift may be a treat for yourself, a treasure for a friend, or even a baby shower/birthday gift that needs to arrive ASAP complete with wrapping & a handwritten card. Please let us know in this event so that we can do our part in the speedy arrival of your gift in order for it to arrive in time for the party! { Shipping Your Order }
We ship most of our orders via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Global Priority. All items that are in stock will ship from our site within three business days of your date of purchase and should then arrive on your doorstep in another 2-3 business days. You will be contacted via email when your order has been shipped & is on its way to your door. You will also receive an email in the event that your item is out-of-stock. Items that are sent directly from the manufacturer may take longer to ship than the estimated three business days. Some items may be shipped separately. Please see below for the shipping rates.

{ Shipping to Canada }
We ship to Canada via USPS Global Priority or USPS Parcel Post. Please be aware that customs and duties fees may be applied upon entry into Canada. These fees are at the expense of the customer and will not be reimbursed by TeacupsandTadpoles.com. The delivery time to Canada is simlpy an estimate since the package must be processed through customs. Shipping rates to Canada are the same as below except shipping fees are $12.50 for orders over $100.00.

{ International Shipping }
Please contact us for international shipping rates. We would love to send our precious treasures to your doorstep across the ocean!

{ Drop Ship Orders }
Several of our treasures are shipped straight from the manufacturer to your door. Many of these are custom made once your order is placed. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that these items will ship within three business days.

{ Canceling Your Order }
Once your order is placed it cannot be canceled. Our orders are processed and shipped within a few days of your order. In order to return your order you must follow the returns policy laid out below. Undeliverable & Refusal orders will be charged the shipping fee and a 15% handling fee. An order that was eligible for free shipping will also be charged the shipping fee on top of the 15% handling fee for refusal or undeliverable orders.

{ Returns }
We want you to be 110% satisfied with your order and will exchange it under the following guidelines if you are not completely happy with it.

•Your item{s} must be unworn & unused with the original tags intact in the same condition it was at the time you received it.
•Your item{s} must be postmarked for return within 10 days of the time you received it.
•The original shipping charges are non-refundable; the return shipping charges are also at the expense of the buyer.
Sale items & custom orders are non-returnable.

Please notify us immediately on any returns via email at info@teacupsandtadpoles.com. Please include your order number and problem with the order. We will respond quickly and supply you with the address to mail your return.

{ Returns & Exchanges on items that are Lost or Damaged }
Please insure all returns and request delivery confirmation. TeacupsandTadpoles.com is not responsible for lost or damaged items that are being returned. Packages sent via FedEx & UPS are traceable and automatically insured up to $100. However, returns sent via USPS are not automatically insured or traceable unless you request the services. Please feel free to email us at info@teacupsandtadpoles.com with any questions or concerns.

{ Returns for Drop Ship Items }
Drop ship items may be returned to TeacupsandTadpoles.com at the buyer’s expense and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
